Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
I have always had a problem with roasted pork ribs. My daughter has always said that it tastes bad, either because it is not fragrant or not sour. Anyway, it does not taste good. She has been searching for recipes on meat. Today, she cooked it again. When her daughter tasted it, she said it was delicious and fragrant. She was very satisfied after hearing this, so I came to share it.

Blanch the pork ribs with cooking wine and ginger slices in water, rinse well, pour in an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour. Add oil to the wok and fry the pork ribs until both sides are golden brown.

Drain the oil from the fried pork ribs, put it back into the wok, add the prepared sauce (1 spoon tomato sauce, 2 spoons sugar, 1 spoon light soy sauce, 1 spoon balsamic vinegar, 1 spoon wine, 3 spoons water), stir-fry evenly, pour boiling water to cover the ribs, and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.

Finally, reduce the juice over high heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
