Wash vegetables

Wash the mushrooms and set aside

Prepare the cooking wine and set aside; cut two cloves of garlic into pieces and set aside; take out the Qixian bean paste and set aside

Mix minced meat with cornstarch and cooking wine

Dice carrots, potatoes and zucchini and set aside.
