Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and turn on the kneading function. Knead it into a smooth dough. Add the butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading to the expansion stage. Leave it in a warm place to basically ferment until doubled in size, about 1 to 1.5 hours. In winter, the time will be relatively longer!
-
Take out the fermented dough, press to deflate, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 15 minutes
-
Divide the relaxed dough into 3 even small doughs and knead into long strips!
-
Braid three long strips of dough into a twist shape!
-
Connect the two ends of the braided dough and place it on a baking sheet for secondary fermentation in a warm place!
-
Brush the surface of the fermented bread flakes with egg wash and add an appropriate amount of dried cranberries to shape!
-
The oven is 180 degrees. After preheating, put the breadcrumbs into the oven, turn the heat up and down, and it will be baked in about 20-25 minutes! Depending on the conditions of your own oven, adjust the time slightly!
