  1. Knead the dough with water

  2. Knead into a smooth dough and leave it for 15 minutes to wake up.

  3. While the noodles are awake, chop the pork into minced meat

  4. Add an egg

  5. Sprinkle in salt

  6. Add a little light soy sauce

  7. A little sugar

  8. Mince the ginger and add it to the meat filling

  9. Chop green onions and add to minced meat

  10. Finally add a little sesame oil

  11. Mix all the ingredients evenly

  12. Divide the dough into sections and roll it out thinly

  13. Use the cup lid to press out round dumpling wrappers

  14. Wrap the meat filling in the dough

  15. Can probably pack 40 pieces.

  16. Pour water into the pot, add a little oil and salt, bring to a boil over high heat and add the dumplings. Cook until all the dumplings float and cook for another 5 minutes.

  17. After the dumplings are cooked, take them out and put them on a plate

  18. You can mix it with balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce and eat it as a dip~
