Stuffed bitter melon
Overview
Stuffed bitter melon can be steamed or added to soup with pork chops. Now I will introduce the method of making soup. The purpose of adding a little soybean is to make the soup clearer.

Cut the bitter melon into sections about an inch long and hollow them out. Soak the mushrooms in water for 20 minutes.

Add pork, mushrooms, garlic, chicken essence, salt and cornstarch and chop into minced meat.

Stuff the meat filling into the bitter melon and fry until both sides are slightly red.

Put it into a casserole, add water (you need to add enough water at one time, it will taste better if you add a pork chop), salt, and soybeans, and simmer over low heat for about an hour and a half, then turn off the heat.
