Spicy Beef Sauce

Overview

I usually buy beef sauce, but there are too many additives. My friend gave me the recipe. It is a more traditional beef sauce and it is very delicious. The stir-frying process is also simple. The standard stir-frying of this ingredient requires half a pot. Ordinary sauce bottles can hold about 6 bottles. If you make less, you can reduce the amount in proportion.

  1. One kilogram each of beef and pork, 2 and a half kilograms of chili peppers, the meat is slightly thawed and cut into dices less than 1cm. Chili peppers are also cut into small cubes.

  2. Fry the sesame seeds without adding oil first

  3. Put oil in the pot, heat it slightly, add beef and stir-fry, when it changes color, add pork and stir-fry.

  4. After the meat is cooked, add the chili and stir-fry

  5. Fry the peppers over medium-high heat until they soften slightly. Turn to medium-low heat
