Soy bone, big bone soup
Overview
Generally, our family doesn't like meat cooked in bone soup because it has no taste. After the bone soup is cooked, take out the bones and braise it for a long time.

Chop the big stick bones when you buy them. Soak them in water for an hour. Change the water 3-4 times in the middle and set aside.

Place in a pot under cold water, blanch the bones, remove, rinse and set aside.

Cut lotus root into pieces and set aside.

Cut corn into sections and set aside.

Onions and ginger are ready.

Put the blanched large bones, green onion and ginger into the pressure cooker, add pork rib soup and simmer for 40 minutes.

Stew the bones, add corn and lotus root, simmer for 20 minutes, and add an appropriate amount of salt and bone broth.

Because I thought the bones in the soup were tasteless, I took them out and braised them.

Saute onion, ginger and garlic, add bean paste and soybean paste, stir-fry, then add large bones and lotus root, stir-fry, add sparerib soup, wait for 10 more minutes, add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and take it out of the pan, it is perfect.
