Overview

Egg tart (EggTart) is called egg tart in Taiwan, and tart is the transliteration of English tart, which means a pie with exposed fillings (as opposed to a pie whose surface is covered by a crust and sealed with fillings); an egg tart is a tart with egg paste as the filling. The method is to put the pie crust into a small round cake mold, pour in the egg paste mixed with sugar and eggs, and then put it in the oven; the baked egg tart has a crispy crust on the outside and a sweet yellow solidified egg paste on the inside.   6. Heat the milk pot until the sugar is completely melted, remove from the heat and let cool until set aside
