Rice pizza
Overview
Every day at breakfast, I think about what to make for lunch, at lunch, I think about what to make for dinner, and after dinner, I think about breakfast again. Don’t blame me for not knowing what to do. If I ask my son, he doesn’t even know what to eat. The answer I got was basically: casual or I don’t know. At noon that day, I was looking at the leftover rice and suddenly thought of this rice pizza. Super simple.

Steps
-
Add eggs and a little salt to the leftover rice and mix into a paste. Make sure there are more eggs than rice, otherwise it won't form.
-
Cut all the ingredients into cubes the size of corn kernels, heat a wok, add oil (or butter) and stir-fry all the cubes until cooked. Dish out and set aside.
-
Heat a pan, add oil, pour in the rice batter and spread it evenly, not too thick (I made two pancakes). Shake the pan after a while. If the cake moves, it means it is cooked. Turn over and lower the heat. Spread a layer of Mararisu cheese, then a layer of fried granules, and then a layer of Mararisu cheese. Close the lid.

It's basically nice to see the cheese melt. Take out of the pan and add tomato sauce. OK
