Creamy Pumpkin Soup
Overview
Pumpkin is very beneficial to the human body. It has polysaccharides, amino acids, active protein carotenoids and a variety of trace elements. It tastes sweet, and people with high blood sugar can eat it with confidence. I did not add sugar to this soup. Finally, I added some seaweed-flavored Ajishima furikake. The crispy seaweed and rich pumpkin soup are blended together. When you eat it, it is crispy and sweet. You will want to eat it after a bowl~~~
