Meat floss bread torn with hands
Overview
As a mother, your child's dietary health and food hygiene are your biggest concern. Breakfast is the most important part of the day. If you eat a good breakfast, you will be energetic throughout the morning. My children like to eat all kinds of bread. I will make them with my own hands in different flavors and styles. Seeing my children eating them with gusto makes me feel happy.

Steps
-
Put the ingredients other than butter and meat floss into the bread barrel in the order of liquid first and then solid, and set two dough kneading programs for kneading.
-
After adding the butter, continue to set the two kneading programs to knead the dough until the butter is completely absorbed by the dough.
-
Select the fermentation program and ferment until doubled in size.
-
Poke your finger into the dough to check the fermentation. If it does not shrink or rebound, it proves that the fermentation is in place.
-
Take the dough out and deflate it. I use a rolling pin to repeatedly roll and press the dough to deflate it. Divide the dough into one large dough and seven small doughs, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll out the relaxed dough into a dough thick in the middle and thin on all sides, and wrap it in meat floss. (The meat floss is also homemade by me. There is a separate recipe. If you are interested, you can refer to it)
-
Wrap it up like a bun, with the closing edge downward and rounded.
-
Make the other small dough balls in the same way and set them aside for later use.
-
Take an 8-inch pizza pan and place an inverted cup in the middle.
-
Roll out the large dough into a circle smaller than the pizza stone.
-
Place on pizza stone, covering cup.
-
Then put the seven pieces of pork floss dough evenly on the pizza pan.
-
Use a razor blade to cut open the large dough at the gap between each two pieces of dough. Hold the cut corners of the dough in reverse to hold the floss dough.
-
Take the middle cup.
-
Put it in the oven for the second time (I put a basin of hot water in the oven for 30 minutes), and the bread embryo has grown larger than before. Brush the surface of the embryo with egg wash.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake for another 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
-
The internal structure is well-structured, soft and delicious.
