Beer Chicken Wings

Overview

I ate too much beer duck and had nothing to do. I saw a lot of chicken wings and beer at home, and I was inspired to get beer chicken wings. The taste was pretty good, with a faint beer aroma and the chicken wings were slightly spicy. Two people finished it in one meal.

  1. Cut chicken wings into small pieces, blanch them, drain and set aside

  2. Put a little oil in the pan, lower to medium heat and fry the chicken wings until slightly brown

  3. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, dried chili pepper, and Sichuan peppercorns to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant. Turn to medium-high heat and stir-fry frequently

  4. When the chicken wings are fried, pour in beer and cook over low to medium heat for about 20-30 minutes

  5. Remove the juice from the pan and add a few coriander leaves to garnish
