Vegetable Shredded Pork Porridge
Overview
Eating porridge with side dishes and steamed buns is my old man’s breakfast repertoire. Porridge will make you hungry quickly. It’s hard to be hungry after working all morning. Pairing it with steamed buns will make you less hungry. Because the old man likes white porridge and I like fancy porridge, in order to accommodate him, I usually cook more white porridge most of the time. I have been feeling unwell these days, so it is his turn to accommodate me.

-
Prepare the required ingredients, the diced pork must be cut the night before;

Wash the rice and put it into a casserole. Add an appropriate amount of water and soak it for 20 minutes. The water is not that small. Because it is too reflective when taking pictures, I only used a little water;

Cut lean pork into small cubes and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, starch and salt for 10 minutes to add flavor;

Wash and shred lettuce;

Cook the rice over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook until the rice grains are soft and tender;

Pour in the diced pork and break it up;
-
When the porridge bubbles again, pour in appropriate amount of oil and add salt;

Finally, put the shredded lettuce into the pot;
