Farm Fried Pork
Overview
I went to the suburbs with my friends on the weekends. During lunch, the stir-fried pork was grabbed by everyone. I also thought it was delicious, so I made some improvements and made a portion to share with everyone!

Peel and wash the pork belly.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Wash and cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and cut the green pepper into cubes.

Prepare ginger slices.

When the oil in the pot is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry until slightly curled. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry for a while before serving.

Leave oil in the pot and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.

Add green pepper, stir-fry until raw, add appropriate amount of salt.

Finally, add the meat slices and stir-fry together, adding a little sugar to enhance the freshness.
