Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces and soak them in salt for ten minutes. (Kills insect eggs.)

Wash the broccoli several times and pound the roots until soft with a rolling pin.

Chop all.

Peel the carrots, slice, shred, and dice.

Place chopped broccoli and diced carrots in a large bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons flour. (If you have a lot of broccoli, you can add 1 tablespoon more cornstarch and flour).

Knead into a ball.

Take an appropriate amount and roll it into a round shape, press the middle with your thumb to make small dimples.

Arrange it in a row and put it in the refrigerator, so you can eat it on the go.

Brush a bowl with a thin layer of oil, put the broccoli in small nests, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

Seasoning: Put green and red pepper, minced garlic, more light soy sauce, appropriate amount of rice vinegar in a bowl, stir well.

Eat with seasoning. If you like spicy food, you can add red pepper.

Another way to eat it is to fry it in a pan.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Fry until oil leaks out and serve on a plate. Start eating directly.
