Overview

This is the only salmon left in the refrigerator, and it will go bad if you don't eat it. I usually fry it directly, but this time I changed the method. I didn't expect it to taste so good, and it has been included in the family's commonly used recipes. It goes well with tomato sauce:) I’ll think about what kind of sauce I can pair it with next time
