Steamed Enoki Mushrooms with Garlic Vermicelli

I really like the taste of minced garlic. The strong aroma of garlic combined with the aroma of enoki mushrooms makes it really enjoyable to eat.

Prepare ingredients.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for ten minutes until soft.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Finely chop the green onions and set aside.

Drain the soaked vermicelli and set aside.

Place the dried vermicelli on a large plate.

Arrange the enoki mushrooms on top.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, add salt, oyster sauce, a little light soy sauce, sugar, half a bowl of water, then add the chopped chili and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the fried reduced fat over the enoki mushrooms.

After the water boils, steam it for 8 minutes.
