Fried fungus with double flowers

Fried fungus with double flowers

Overview

Double flowers are cauliflower and broccoli. Both of these ingredients are anti-cancer foods. Cauliflower I love the taste of organic cauliflower. My family doesn’t like broccoli very much, so I mixed it with several ingredients, including adding fungus and carrots, which have complementary nutrients, richer colors, and more appetite.

  1. Cut the meat into slices, add a little salt, cooking wine, pepper, and starch to marinate for a while. Cut carrots into diamond-shaped slices. Tear the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets and soak them in salt water to remove the bugs and dirt inside. Soak the fungus a few hours in advance. Blanch all ingredients in boiling water for a short time to avoid destroying nutrition and taste. Chop onions and garlic and set aside.
