The best snack for watching dramas: pickled pepper and chicken feet

When watching dramas, I always like to have something to eat in my mouth. Potato chips and melon seeds are too dry, so let’s eat chicken feet together. The recipe I made is not very spicy, so everyone can try it.

Wash the chicken feet, remove the toes, and then cut the chicken feet into two halves.

Add water to the pot, add 20 peppercorns, 3 slices of ginger and an appropriate amount of cooking wine to the water.

After the water boils, simmer for eight minutes, then drain into ice water to wash away the grease and impurities.

Add salt, sugar, white vinegar, pickled pepper and water to a glass bowl to make a sauce. Add the chicken feet into the sauce and cover to seal.
