Braised Shrimp
Overview
Braised shrimp is a traditional method in my hometown. It is extremely simple and does not require a drop of oil. It is half-stewed and half-baked until the shrimps are dry. The skin is crispy and the meat is tough and fragrant. When eaten together with the shrimp skin, it has a crispy texture and can supplement calcium. (When purchasing shrimp, it is best to choose smaller shrimps)
