Add pure milk to white sugar.

Slowly pour the milk and egg mixture along the side of the plate.

Cut the carrots into shreds and arrange them into shapes.

After ten minutes, shake the plate with your hands and the surface will have solidified. It’s ready to be cooked.

Then trim it again according to the size of the plate, place the plate and put it back into the steamer to heat it up.
