Pineapple rice
Overview
Pineapple contains a lot of fructose and glucose, and is delicious, sweet and juicy, and is loved by many people. Prepare the ingredients (and an egg)

Dice the onion, beat the eggs, slice or dice the sausage and set aside

Cut the pineapple vertically into a third, score a rectangle on the pineapple with a knife, then use a spoon to hollow out the inside and set aside

Cut the pineapple into small cubes and soak it in cold salted water for about 25 minutes

Pour oil into the pot and heat it, add the beaten eggs and stir-fry. When you see the eggs solidified, take them out immediately (eggs will get old easily over time)

Leave the oil in the pot, add green beans, carrots and corn and stir-fry for about 5 minutes

Add onions and sausage and stir-fry

After the onions become soft, add 1 small bowl of white rice and stir-fry

Add eggs and pineapple and stir-fry slightly

Finally add 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken essence and stir-fry evenly

Just add pineapple and enjoy it
