  5. After fermenting the dough, use your palms to press out the air. Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rise for 15 minutes

  6. Shape dough into rounds and olive shapes.

  7. Place the shaped olive-shaped dough on a baking sheet for final fermentation. After fermentation has doubled in size, use a printing mold to separate and sift the flour, put it into a preheated oven with upper and lower heat at 180°C, and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and you can take it out of the oven.
