Sliced pork with spicy onion and oil
Overview
Many people are reluctant to eat onions because of their pungent taste, especially because they cry when cutting onions. But eating onions has a great effect, and I don’t need to go into details about the benefits!

This time I bought black pork. Compared with meat from ordinary markets, black pork is fatter, but the meat has a rich flavor. Slice the meat first and set aside
-
Add salt, soy sauce, and Sichuan pepper powder to the sliced meat. Stir and add some dry starch, then marinate for a while!
-
Marinate the meat for about 10 minutes, then set aside
-
Slice the onions directly, and you will definitely get runny noses and tears when you cut them!
-
Heat oil in a pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry. (Remember, you don’t need to add salt when stir-frying, otherwise the meat slices will become bacon)
-
Stir-fry until the meat changes color slightly, then directly add the chopped onions and stir-fry together.
-
Add less salt, and then add homemade spicy oil before serving.

Spicy onion meat slices are out of the pan!
