I really like salt and pepper prawns, so I learned how to make them today. It tastes really good and I would like to share them with you.

Remove the shrimp threads from the purchased prawns and make sandbags.

Open your back again.

Add cooking wine, green onion, ginger, cornstarch, mix well.

Have ingredients ready.

Pour more oil into the pot.

Add the prawns and fry until golden brown. Take them out.

Leave some oil in the pot, add minced garlic and prawns.

Add green and red peppers, diced onions and stir-fry, finally add pepper and salt and stir-fry evenly.

I forgot to buy green peppers, so I used coriander instead to make them look better.
