Stir-fried oyster mushrooms

If I could still be as free as I used to be, I would definitely cook several kinds of delicious food every day. However, now, in addition to hosting a radio program, I also serve as a producer of a TV program. I have to do everything from reviewing films and drafts to planning and conducting interviews. There is also a very annoying website on duty. I miss the days when I only had to work a few hours a day and the rest of the time was my own. I bought shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms at the gate of the community. I fried the oyster mushrooms without adding anything except onions, ginger, garlic and salt. The fresh aroma of oyster mushrooms is enough.

Wash and tear the oyster mushrooms into pieces and set aside.

Slice onion, ginger, and garlic, and chop green onion into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions, ginger and garlic and sauté the pan.

Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until the water softens.

Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of salt and green onions, stir well and serve.
