If I could still be as free as I used to be, I would definitely cook several kinds of delicious food every day.   1. Wash and tear the oyster mushrooms into pieces and set aside.

  2. Slice onion, ginger, and garlic, and chop green onion into small pieces.

  3. Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions, ginger and garlic and sauté the pan.
