Durian Jelly Cheesecake
Overview
Durian is my favorite. If you eat too much, you will get angry. You can eat a little less each time and use more to make desserts and cakes. Hence this work! Haha, after tasting it: It tastes better than eating durian alone! It’s more nutritious and can last for a few more days!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Take the core of Oreo cookies and press them into powder
-
Add softened butter and mix well
-
Pour into the mold and flatten with a spoon. I use a 6-inch one, but you can change it to a round one, whichever you like!
-
Add a small amount of milk to the fish gelatin powder and soak until it expands, then melt in water
-
Beat the light cream until 6 cents thick, set aside
-
Put the durian pulp, milk, and cream cheese into a blender and beat until it becomes a thick liquid. Add dissolved fish gelatin powder. (I think using a blender is easier than softening the cheese and then blending it, and the texture is finer)
-
Mix with light cream, this is very important, and mix well.
-
Pour into the mold and flatten, then refrigerate overnight

After demoulding, cut into pieces and the demoulding method has been mentioned before when making mousse. Use a hair dryer to blow all around and it will be easy to demould. When cutting, scald it with hot water, and it will look good when cut out!
