Stir-fried Chinese Sausage with Bean Curd
Overview
Yuba is a soybean product made from soybeans that are ground, cooked, and then solidified and dried. Bean curd is made from soybeans and has similar nutritional value to soybeans and is very beneficial to the human body. The health-care functions of yuba are almost the same as those of soy milk, and it is suitable for almost everyone to eat. Today I stir-fried yuba with sausages. The originally tasteless yuba absorbs the greasiness of the sausage and immediately becomes mellow and moist, while the sausage becomes oily but not greasy because of the presence of the yuba. Green garlic is added to add color and flavor to them, making this ordinary home-cooked dish delicious and full of flavor. Do you want to try it too?
