Cute piggy bean paste buns
Overview
I was watching a food show two days ago and saw a super cute piglet bean paste bun. It was very vivid and cute. The most important thing is that it is easy to make and does not require too many tools and ingredients, so I started practicing. Hehe, everyone in our family is fascinated by these beautiful little pigs:)

Steps
-
Melt the milk with sugar. When warm, add yeast and let it sit for two to three minutes
-
Add the yeast liquid to the flour and mix into a smooth dough
-
Leave to ferment in a warm place for about two hours
-
Take out the dough and knead it on the chopping board to remove as much air as possible
-
Take a small piece of dough and add a drop of red coloring, knead evenly and set aside
-
Divide the white dough in step 4 into equal portions
-
Wrap the bean paste filling one by one, divide into portions and set aside
-
Roll out the red dough into thin sheets and press out small circles with a piping tip
-
Use chopsticks to gently press out two piggy nostrils
-
Dip a little water and stick the nostrils from the previous step onto the stuffed dough
-
Use a rolling pin to gently roll the small circles out in step 8 into an oval shape to make the piggy ears
-
Attach the ears from the previous step and press a small hole with chopsticks
-
Next, use a toothpick to pick up two sesame seeds and press them on to make the piggy’s eyes, so that the prototype of the piggy is ready
-
The last step is to steam it in the pot for 15-20 minutes. Turn off the heat and uncover it after 5 minutes to prevent shrinkage
