Blueberry Sauce Steamed Cake
Overview
It’s been a long time since I’ve had steamed cakes, so I’m going to try one today. The steamed cakes mixed with blueberry jam taste great, and the assorted oatmeal garnished on the surface makes it even better.

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak blueberry jam in warm water and prepare.

Add sugar and stir until melted.

Add yeast and let it rest for a while.

Then add medium flour until it is inside.

After mixing, line the removable bottom mold with a piece of baking paper.

Add the mixed batter inside.

Place in the oven to rise until the batter reaches eighty percent of the mold.

Then add an appropriate amount of assorted oatmeal on the surface.

Place in an electric steamer and steam for 40 minutes until the cake is cooked.

After cooling, unmold and enjoy.
