Chive Tingzi Pot Stickers
Overview
Our handsome boy loves eating leeks and eggs. The Chive Tingzi I bought the day before yesterday made good scrambled eggs. I bought some dumpling wrappers and fried pot stickers to eat on the weekend. It was the first time I made it, and it won the approval of our handsome guy. Hoho...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut leeks into small cubes
-
Beat three eggs with water and fry into small pieces
-
Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the leek pavilion and mix well, then add the crushed eggs, add a spoonful of bean paste and a small spoonful of thirteen spices and mix well (add oil first to avoid water; when adding eggs, do not use MSG to avoid excess glutamate)
-
Dip the bought dumpling wrappers in water with your hands and smear the edges with water, then put the stuffing in and wrap it up; heat the pot with oil, turn off the heat, put the wrapped pot stickers in, leaving space in between, because the pot stickers will expand, then turn on low heat and fry the pot stickers
-
Add flour and a small amount of vinegar to water and mix thoroughly. When the pot stickers are almost fried, pour the mixed juice into the pot until it reaches almost two-thirds of the pot stickers. Then cover the pot and turn up the heat
-
Wait about two minutes for the water to boil and the fragrant pot stickers will come out of the pot.
