  2. Appropriate amount of minced ginger and garlic, preferably cut into minced shapes. Slicing and dicing is not effective in removing fishy smell and adding flavor. Appropriate amounts of salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce

  3. After adding the seasoning, spread the seasoning evenly with your hands, set aside and marinate for 15-60 minutes

  4. After marinating, put it directly into the rice cooker. There is no need to add oil or prepare ingredients. Just put the chicken skin side down, so that it will fry until the chicken skin is like tiger skin. Then add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. The rock sugar must be added. After adding the rock sugar, the taste will be fresh and salty with a little sweetness

  5. This is a picture of the finished product. Put the chicken legs in the rice cooker and cook until they pop up automatically. Then pour the remaining sauce from the marinated chicken legs on top of the chicken. After the rice cooker pops up, I added a little more cumin powder to increase the flavor. Then I covered it and simmered it for 5-8 minutes. There will be a little juice in the pot during the second cooking time, so you have to control the second simmering time
