Corn and purple yam spine soup
Overview
I had nothing to do and took a physical test online. I have Qi deficiency and it is recommended to eat more yams. I happened to have wild purple yam at home, so I used it to cook a pot of bone soup. In the cold weather, I drank a bowl of fragrant and sweet corn and yam bone soup, which warms people from the feet to the heart. Purple yam is also called purple yam. According to records in the Compendium of Materia Medica, purple yam has high medicinal value. Regular consumption can not only increase the body's resistance, lower blood pressure, blood sugar, anti-aging and longevity, etc., but also benefit the spleen, lungs, kidneys and other functions. It is a good food supplement material and is also known as the king of vegetables. Purple yam also contains a large amount of purple anthocyanins, which is beneficial to the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and plays an antioxidant and beauty role.
