Spinach finger cakes

Spinach finger cakes

Overview

This biscuit is specially made for my baby, who is now one year and two months old. I usually make some finger biscuits for him as a teething food. I have long wanted to make some vegetable finger biscuits for him, but it is difficult to dry vegetables, so I have not done so. ACA's smart oven can bake at low temperatures, which solves this problem. Use it to make dehydrated vegetables. Baking at a low temperature of 80-90 degrees can well retain the color of vegetables. The color of the prepared vegetable powder is very beautiful, and it is very useful for making biscuits, cakes, etc. Today I used spinach powder to make this finger cake, and my baby loved it. Generally, 2 eggs in finger biscuits need to be mixed with about 50 grams of sugar. It is not easy for babies to eat too much sugar. I only put 10 grams of rock sugar powder and very little sugar. The biscuits have a faint spinach fragrance, are healthy and delicious, and can be eaten by babies with confidence.
