Stir the flour with boiling water until it becomes fluffy, knead into a ball and let stand for 20 minutes.

Divide into medium-sized portions.

Press it into the original shape with the palm of your hand, brush a little vegetable oil on the surface, put another round cake on top, and roll it into a thin sheet.

Make the dough as thin as possible.

Put it in a pan (without adding oil) and sear it until it bubbles, turn it over, and heat it for 20 seconds.

Shred onions and beef. Marinate the beef with cooking wine and salt.
