Steps

  1. As shown in the picture, the sweet potatoes are cooked first and then the taro is crushed. If you like to eat the taro directly, you can keep half of it, cut it into squares, cook it, put it aside first, then put it on the plate and add it together

  2. Generally, the ratio of sweet potatoes to cassava flour is 1:2. Crush the sweet potatoes, add cassava flour and mix together (and add an appropriate amount of sugar to ensure that the taro will be sweet). Knead it into a ball first like making glutinous rice balls, and then knead it into sticks as shown in the picture

  3. Then use a knife to cut into pieces

  4. The taro is also cut as above and finally cut into pieces as shown

  5. When the water boils, pour all the taro balls into the pot (if you forget to add sugar when rolling the taro balls, you can also add sugar to the water when cooking. The taro balls will also be sweet later). When all the taro balls float to the surface, fish them out

  6. Red beans are cooked in a pressure cooker. Boil the red bean sandwiched pearls in boiling water in a ratio of 1:8 for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for another 20 minutes. Then pour the red beans into the pot and add a bottle of milk
