Super simple fried egg with hot pepper, no need to use too much oil
Overview
When ordering this dish in a restaurant, the peppers are cut very long and very little is added. All you get is eggs. The spiciness is not satisfying, so I improved it myself. The peppers are thin and plentiful. I can’t imagine the spiciness (^0^)

Steps
-
Beat 4 eggs, add finely chopped pepper rings, mix well
-
Heat the oil in the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt to the egg liquid, and stir evenly
-
Pour in oil, double the amount of oil than usual. The oil temperature is a little higher. Add the egg liquid into the pan and fry until the surface is browned
-
Turn the eggs over and pop the other side until browned.
-
Note, the peppers I used are the long peppers in the picture. I have tried many shapes and varieties of peppers, and this type of fried egg is the most delicious. This picture only illustrates the shape of peppers and is not used for steps

The other side is also browned, and you can take it out of the pan, put it on a plate, and start eating
