Wash and cut green peppers, tomatoes, garlic and onions and set aside

Wash the pig skin and cook it in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes. While cooking, add ginger cooking wine

After the pork skin is cooked, take it out and cut it into strips

Put oil in the pot and fry the peppers and tomatoes first

Stir-fry the chili for a while, add the pork skin, add the seasonings and stir-fry for 3 minutes and it is ready to serve

Finally, it’s plated and ready to eat!
