Duck roll
Overview
The original post is about five-fruit duck, that is, figs, mangosteen, strawberries, hydrangeas, and apples are boiled into a sauce to marinate duck meat. I used the existing ingredients (grass fruits, apples and bay leaves) to make juice and black pepper sauce for marinating. The taste is also very good, and the aroma fills the house when roasted.

Wash duck meat

Marinate the duck with white wine, black pepper sauce, salt and sauce.

Sprinkle the marinated duck with some black pepper, add a little olive oil to the pan and fry it until the duck fat comes out

Flip and fry once or twice until cooked

Place the pan-fried duck on a baking sheet, add shredded green onions and sauce, and bake in the oven until cooked through (about 15 minutes at 200°C)

Slice the roasted duck

Slice the bell peppers, onions and scallions

Put the duck slices, side dishes and sauce into the thin pancake
