  1. Peel the chestnuts (you can buy peeled ones directly) and boil them in water for five minutes. Take them out and put them directly into cold water. You can easily peel off the chestnut coating

Put them into a food processor and add milk and 30 grams of fine sugar in batches and beat until fine (you can also sift through a mesh sieve to mix the milk. This is tiring, so I chose the quickest method). After beating, stir in 15ml of rum

  3. Add 80 grams of whipping cream to 8 grams of xylitol and whip

  12. Pour back the original egg whites, mix well, and pour into a gold plate. I used a Sanneng gold plate, so I didn't grease it with oil. For other brands, please use oil paper or oil. Shake out big bubbles and place in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes
