Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and clean them.

Cut green onion into sections, cut fat into small pieces, smash garlic into flat pieces, cut dry chili into sections and make appropriate amount of tempeh.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, and blanch the cauliflower for 15 seconds.

Cauliflower is held out to control water.

Add garlic, dried chili pepper, and tempeh and stir-fry until fragrant.
