Mixed shrimp
Overview
My uncle is getting older and his memory has declined a bit. The last time I went home, he and Aunt Mom were arguing over shrimps or green shrimps. In fact, what we ate were green shrimps, but my uncle insisted that we bought flower shrimps. Later, he said that flower shrimps are more expensive than green shrimps. My niece is back and there is no way I can buy cheap ones! I really want to cry.

Rinse the shrimps repeatedly with water and clean.

Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and coriander.

Add peppercorns, aniseed, salt and sugar.

Pour in seafood soy sauce and vinegar.
