Overview
Lotus root strips, also known as lotus root piles, are the most tender lotus roots. They are slightly sweet and crisp, and are very refreshing. They can be eaten raw or cooked, and have high medicinal value. They are a good food and nourishing treasure for the elderly, young, women, children, and the infirm.
