Soy Sauce Fried Rice
Overview
I was alone at home today and didn't know what to eat. I suddenly thought of soy sauce fried rice. Thinking of the oily soy sauce flavor, my appetite whetted. When you eat it with a bowl of kimchi and a cup of tea, it's so refreshing!

Prepare leftover rice. Dip your hands in water and break up the leftover rice.

Pick, wash and chop the chives and set aside.

Add lard to hot pan.

Heat oil, turn off medium heat, add peppercorns to burst into aroma, then remove.

Pour in the leftover rice over high heat and quickly crush it with a spatula, then add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir-fry quickly so that every piece of rice is evenly coated with soy sauce.
