Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings and score them for flavor.
-
Pour in the cooking wine, add onion, ginger, and a little salt.
-
Don’t use too much oil in the pan because the chicken wings will release oil. When the oil temperature is 70-80% hot, add the chicken wings. Stir-fry until the chicken wings turn slightly yellow. Add the green onions and ginger slices and continue to stir-fry.
-
After both sides of the chicken wings are lightly browned, pour in Coca-Cola. I like to eat super sweet, so I use Coca-Cola to stew it directly. No water is added, or you can add half Coca-Cola and half water so that it is not too sweet. Coca-Cola should be better than the chicken wings.
-
After the cola is boiled, skim off the foam on top, then add a clove of chili pepper and two spoons of cooking wine.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt
-
A small spoonful of vinegar
-
Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, then turn to high heat to reduce the soup. Once the soup is thickened, it’s almost ready!
-
Put it on a plate and serve it...

It's very simple! 😁
