Overview
Growing up on the Bohai Sea, my love for seafood is overwhelming. The clams my father picked up from the sea yesterday were fresh, needless to say, they were big and fat, and made into eggs. The most homely home-cooked dish with the main flavor. Very delicious.

Very fresh clams

Use a clam knife to take out the cockle meat (this seems a bit professional. You can buy ready-made cockle meat). Wash away the sediment with clean water and set aside.
