Fried sticky rice cake
Overview
My daughter likes the sticky rice cakes (called Tuanzi and Niulan Wan in her hometown) given by her friends. Today I simply fried it with Chinese cabbage, radish and fish curd, which is lighter.

Sticky rice cake. (See my recipe for how to make it)

Cut the rice cake into thin slices.

Peel the white radish and cut into small thick strips.

Cut and wash the Chinese cabbage.

Sliced fish.

Heat oil in pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add radish and fry.

Add cabbage and stir-fry.

Sauté until soft.

Add rice cakes and fish tofu and stir-fry. (Cover the lid and let it simmer for a while.)

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry soy sauce.

Stir well.
-
Simple lunch.
