Salt-steamed boneless squid

I bought a bag of boneless Sanya fish, marinated it with salt and steamed it. It was delicious.

Boneless salmon fillet. (Looks a bit like croaker)

Defrost and squeeze out the water, add cooking wine and salt, and marinate for more than 30 minutes. .

Cut half of the green onions into sections, half into shreds, and slice the ginger.

Place the marinated fish on a plate and sprinkle with ginger slices and half of the green onions.

Put into pot of boiling water.

Steam over high heat for 8 minutes.

Pour out the water in the dish, remove the green onion segments, and add shredded green onions again.

Bring the oil to a boil and pour it over the fish.

Salty and delicious.
