Steps

  1. (I used two small tomatoes, it depends on how much you make.) Boil the tomatoes in hot water for one minute, peel and dice them, slice the tenderloin, add some starch to mix well, add more oil to the pan and fry the tenderloin, then take it out and set aside. Slice the water chestnuts and shred the ginger.

  2. Add an appropriate amount of oil, add shredded ginger, then add diced tomatoes and stir-fry for a few times, add some tomato sauce (you can control this amount yourself, mainly for good coloring), then add the tenderloin and stir-fry for about a minute, finally add the water chestnuts, stir-fry evenly, add a little water, cook until the tomatoes reduce juice, and adjust the taste.

  3. Haha, I forgot to take pictures when I was frying, so I wanted to finish it in two steps, but I didn’t know that the recipe requires 3 steps to upload😄 Let’s talk about the meat again. The meat slices must be fried in the oil pan, so that they are tender enough.
