If you don’t use a pressure cooker, add more beer to cover the ingredients, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer for a long time

  5. Vent the electric pressure cooker and pour the ribs into the wok over high heat to reduce the juice

  6. When the soup is thickened, taste it. If the acidity is not enough, add more vinegar, because vinegar easily evaporates during the stewing process.
